1. Who can purchase from your company?
We are a wholesale only company. You must have a tax-exempt certificate from the state where your business is located. Whether you are looking for keepsake jewelry, fine pewter gifts, engraving, a custom program or collegiate gifts we can provide what you need.

2. How do I become an Authorized Dealer?
Dealers including specialty boutiques, gift stores, jewelry stores, greeting card shops, large department stores, and e-commerce sites represent design Visions. If you are a new customer looking to sign on, please fill out our Authorized Dealer Information Form on this website and submit or call 1-800-866-5804 and we will be happy to set you up.

3. What are the prices of your items?
Only authorized dealers are eligible for wholesale price lists. If you are a authorized dealer in need of a price list, please fill out the Request Catalog/Price Form or call our toll free number and a price list will be sent via email or faxed to your place of business.

4. How can I locate a dealer near me?
Please call us and we will provide you with the name of a store near you.

5. How do I request a catalog?
Use our Request a Catalog Form on this website or email us at info@designvisions-usa.com for a complete catalog and price sheet including policies as well as other vital information.

6. Are your charms all sterling silver?
Our charms are all sterling silver, however you may order most designs in 10KT or 14KT gold. We can also produce custom lead free pewter charms upon request. Refer to our custom design worksheet.

7. Where are your charms made?
Our charms are made here at our Texas manufacturing facility.

8. Are your item priced and sold by metal weight?
Our jewelry is priced on the intrinsic and artistic value of the design and the labor to create the piece, as well as the metal content.

9. Why is the market fluctuating?
Precious metals are a market commodity. Prices are dedicated by supply and demand. Many silver mines have stopped mining; therefore at this time we are at a 15-year supply deficit. Many governments have been buying silver on the open market in order to make their own commemorative and currency coins. Another factor is the high demand in China. Just recently people were legally able to buy silver, gold, and platinum, with the largest demand in silver. Lastly, the US dollar has weakened over the last few years. There are other factors that also come into play, but we feel that these are the most important.

10. How is your jewelry packaged?
All charms from Design Visions come jump-ringed onto a card with a sterling jump-ring and are packaged in a clear sleeve for display. All bracelets and chains also come packaged. Bulk packaging is available upon request.

11. Can you make a special charm for my store or organization?
Yes - We can transform your logo or design into a charm, key ring, or ornament. Contact us for a quote or fill out the Custom Design Worksheet on this website.

12. Can you provide images of your product?
Yes - We can provide any of the products pictured in our catalogs as an image for use in advertising for your business. Email us at info@designvisions-usa.com.

13. Are the products on the website shown at actual size?
No. Products are not shown at actual size. Some have been enlarged to show detail.

14. How long will it take to ship my order?
Depending upon availability, most orders ship within 1-5 working days.

15. I saw an item I wanted in a previous catalog, but now I can’t find it in the current catalog. Is it still possible to order this item?
Yes, if it is still in our active line. We have limited space in our catalogs and we try to highlight new items introduced in our line plus many of our best selling items. Just email us at info@designvisons-usa.com or call our toll free number.

16. How do I care for my sterling silver?
Caring for Sterling Silver Jewelry - Store your sterling silver jewelry in tarnish prevention cloths or bags. The treated cloth slows down the tarnishing process and keeps the jewelry from rubbing against harder jewelry that might scratch it. Try to keep in dry place.

Cleaning Your Sterling Silver Jewelry - Polishing cloths are an excellent choice for cleaning your sterling silver jewelry. . Sterling silver jewelry that is worn continually often develops a lovely patina, a kind of brightness combined with darkened areas. If you like the look, leave it alone. If you prefer a bright and shiny look for your sterling silver, use a polish cloth to restore the jewelry to its original appearance.

17. I have seen articles about lead in jewelry, is your pewter lead free?
Design Visions would like to reassure all of its customers that lead is NOT used in any of its charms or gift accessories. Design Visions uses only precious metals, sterling silver, and karat gold and fine lead-free silver pewter. We welcome the newly imposed federal standards and want to assure our customers that all of our metals used in our manufacturing come from domestic suppliers and their certificates of compliance are on file and available.
